The room was well-appointed and nicely updated with a comfortable bed and shower facilities, a hair dryer and bath sheets in the bathroom. The setting was convenient, close enough to Niagara falls state park, food places close by and shops.

The room was reasonably large with central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fridge.
My favorite property in Niagara Falls. Modern hotel, fairly clean, excellent staff. Good and magnificent location, within a walking distance of everywhere. Liked shopping area. 5 minutes walk to bus station.

This place is so new and so clean and the staff were amazing to interact with. After seeing what is offered in Niagara Falls for accommodations, this place was such a comfort. Niagara Falls is such a sad rundown town but this place is so fresh and nice and priced reasonably compared to the other motels in the area. We stayed one night at the Caravan but paid for three. It was absolutely horrible. We left the following morning without concern about the money, it was so awful. We were able to get into the Aashram and it made up for the really Caravan. The other motels are ones that were built around 1960 and haven't been maintained at all or so it appears. But the Aashram is good for your soul. Give it a try

Courteous receptionist greeted us warmly.
When I reported it, the front desk staff, specifically Peter, was rude and dismissive, suggesting we could leave if we were uncomfortable without even offering a fan. On top of that, the bathroom had mold, and the overall cleanliness was alarming. It was like I was paying to stay in a neglected space rather than a place meant .

The hotel appears to be newly refurbished, nice rooms, convenient location to visit the Niagara Falls with car.
The breakfast arrangement is a pity - poor choice of food and most importantly - there is not much place to sit.

Can recommend for a flash stay
Clean room, fresh amenities, with free parking and 24-hour reception, made my visit enjoyable as I was able to relax in a spacious family room with a tv after exploring.
Was all great.

Liked the staff and comfort
Didn't like that we were in a handicap unit with no bath tub, I have a bath daily and very much missed a tub. Also not a full window.

The hotel is close to Gill Creek Park and Fallsview Indoor Waterpark, awesome for our group. Clean and comfy room setup. Plus, breakfast was a hit, those waffles were a must-try! Definitely recommend this place for a fun trip.

Pleasantly surprised! Finishes were quite contemporary. Clean. Extremely friendly staff. Continental breakfast would be considered 'basic' but was a good way to start the day (coffee, tea, bread, pastries, make-your-own waffles). Would definitely return again!
I could see by the size of the breakfast area, that it could become very cramped.
